Where to waitlist?

DH and I are trying to extend our Dec trip by 1 day for Sat Dec 12, and since we can only waitlist for 2 resorts now, where should I request that gives us the best chance? We are staying in a 1 bd at VWL, so I want VWL to be one of them, but which resort should I pick for the other? I originally picked AKV- Savannah view, but that doesn't seem likely. We were thinking SSR, due to proximity to DTD and one of our favorite restaurants Turf Club, and the fact that it is the largest down there.

Honestly, if you're just looking for highest chances of getting a room, resort size is really the only thing to consider for this. Go with SSR.

I figured the same thing. Although, I wish they would allow us just one more so I could request a MK view at BLT too!!

I think your chances would be best with SSR. So I'd do VWL (your current resort) and SSR. You might be able to get into BLT but not for a MK view. You could check and see if any view at BLT is available. But I wouldn't bother waiting listing it.

If you really want to increase your chances of getting a wait list, I go with SSR and OKW. Those two resorts are the largest.
