Where to talk about prospective employment with current or past cast members?

I love these forums so far, there's so much info. to take in. Where would you recommend going to talk about employment (opportunities, benefits, stories, etc.)? I am graduating from college in May, and I am really interested in being a youth counselor on the Disney Cruise Line. I am also always interested in employment opportunities anywhere in the parks.

Just as a side note. I am by no means trying to look for recruitment or an interview or anything like that. I am just very interested and wondered if anyone had any info. to share or discuss. I am just feeling out some ideas right now. Thanks in advance!
