Where to stay?

I am really torn on where to stay. I have always wanted to stay at BC...I love the atmosphere, the boardwalk and the pool for the children. I was checking prices and there is a deluxe room with access to Stone Harbor Club and a view of Crescent Lake, and a Lagoon view with access to Regatta Club. My question is what is the difference in the two clubs, and I want to stay on the side with the boardwalk, which one is that and do they have full balconies, if no which ones do? We have stayed at POR for the past 5 years and gone to Beaches and Cream and I have always wanted to stay there, now I just cant figure out where at BC to stay. Both have Concierge service, something we have never had at POR, so that will be great, not quite sure what all that entails but from what I have read, why not, sounds great to me anytime there are extras, its just a little more of that Disney Magic that keeps me coming back. Please help me make a decision...Thanks so much.
