Does anyone have any good advice on a good location? I will be renting an EVC from an outside company, so the chair will be waiting for me at checkin. I know that its a big resort, any thoughts? :confused3

The first thing you have to ask is whether you need a disabled room. I do not need a disabled room but do need an ECV, for example. This could greatly limit what is available. There is standard disabled rooms with have a tub and the roll in kind which are scarcer.

There is one Depot at the main building of French Quarter and 3 depots around Alligator Bayou on the north and the main one in front of the main building. Look at the map and see what you can get close. Also tell the reservations person you need a room close to the busses and they should accomodate your need.

Anywhere in Magnolia Bend should be fine. Those buildings have elevators while Alligator Bayou does not.

My last trip we took my mother who rented an EVC. They put us on the third floor which upset us at first. But we had no problems. The walkways are plenty wide enough for the EVC, and the elevators are centrally located.

My mother never had any issues getting around on her own.

LET check in know you have ECV and I am sure they'll accommodate you. At por years ago we did AB with ECV and were given first floor corner room.
Have a wonderful trip!
