Where to stay next week?

My daughter (20) and I will be coming next week for her spring break (10-15). We are trying to decide between POR, AKL, Swan, or CSR? I like the idea of the deluxe to have extended hours on the 11th, but know that's really the only benefit, and am not sure it's worth it. We have stayed at all resorts before except the Swan. Not a huge fan of the location of AKL. What would you do? Thanks in advance for your opinions.

The Swan for me. I love the location and the vibe.

I'm a big fan of the Swan. Location!!! You are inbetween two parks, can walk or take the boats. Their bus takes you as close to AK if not closer then the DIsney buses. Only minor downside is going to MK as it goes to TTC, but you can take a quick walk to BW or YC/BC and hop on a Disney bus. You get two very comfortable queen beds bath area with 2 sinks.

I saw CSR come in at $318/nt before tax and Swan at $381, so right there is ~$350 difference. Swan would also charge resort fee, bringing difference to ~$600. Not sure if you will have a car, but that would be added expense at Swan.

Unless you are coming up with different pricing?

Swan at an extra +$600 is not an easy choice.

Points to ponder:

Swan is nice walking access to EP/HS, and MK EEH would be included. What is your Thur morning schedule though - because the EEH is a very late night by the time you get back to your room.

CSR freeing up $600. You can do alot of things with that money. Rideshares the whole time, even a Minnie Van for your MK day, and still have $300 left. That could get you LLMP at both HS and MK, and LLSP for FoP at AK plus Guardians at EP. Or some other combo of LLs. Or just 1 or 2 LLs and After Hours tickets for EP Thursday night.

So I’d think about it like that. What is the actual price difference, and then think of using that money elsewhere to compare which experience you’d ultimately prefer.
