This will be only a 2 night stay in July, after a visit with the in-laws in Texas. Planning to do Silver Dollar City, looking for a place that includes breakfast, $100/night or less.

Is Sivler Dollar City the only thing you are going to do?

The Welk Resort is close. Nice, very clean, has a nice outside pool, playgound, and putt-putt golf.

Probably, we will arrive around dinner time, stay the next day, leave the next am. Our kids are 5 & 2 1/2.

My family and I were there this last summer. We "rented" a three bed roomvilla from Stone Bridge nightly rentals. http://www.stonebridgenightlyrentals.com/
All I can say is WOW. It's a new development 2 miles from SDC. They have homes and condos but also rent some out by the night. They have a stuido apt starting at $79.00 and go up to a 4 bedroom lodge for $199. The place was amazing. We had 7 adults with 2 married couples. Our 3 bedroom villa wa ont he top floor of a three story building and you opened the door to a vaulted celing and full kitchen we were very impressed. It was set up as a two bed room apt but it hada third room connected. The third room looked just like a hotel room and was connected by the same type of double doors. The place was also beautifully decoreated. We were sad to nly spend one night there. Breakfast is not included but with a full kitchen it's very easy to stop at a grocery store and pick things up for your own. Even the hotel type room had a fridge. And if I remeber correctly every three units had their own pool. They veiw is amazing as well. Ours overlooked a golf Course sourrounded by those georgous Missouri trees. As you can tell we really enjoyed our stay there. Let me know if you have any questions. And enjoy the Powder Keg that is one awsome ride.

We are going in June and staying at Indian Trails Resort, but we are doing a "boating vacation" and staying on Table Rock Lake in a cottage.

There are sooo many hotels, that you should be able to find what you want.

Silver Dollar City is very enjoyable & relaxing. Have FUN!!!!!

Hampton Inn is usually under $100 and they serve a pretty decent continental breakfast.

Am having a senior moment  :sad2: but there is a hotel on the strip that has an indoor waterpark. Your little ones might like that!

Remember SDC is hilly, so keep that in mind when planning your day!

The one with the indoor waterpark is Grand Country Square. It's a really nice complex, music shows, indoor mini golf, restaureant and pizza place, shopping and an indoor outdoor water park. We spend alot of time in Branson so ask away.

We always stay at the Quality Inn on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway (not the one on 76). It's $52 per night, includes a buffet breakfast (biscuits and gravy, every kind of roll/danish/doughnut you can think of, 3 or 4 cereals, bagels, fruit, milk, 3 juices, coffee, etc.) You can also order things like hash browns, breakfast meats and eggs for very little cost. 2 pools--one indoor one outdoor, and a hot tub. We have always been very happy there and it's less crowded because its not on the "main drag" but its close to EVERYTHING!

Don't forget to check out Celebration City as well as Silver Dollar City!! Its a blast!!!

We stayed at the Best Western for 5 days last April. It would probally be good for your 2 nights. We had no complaints. Indoor and outdoor pool, free breakfast, usual stuff cereal muffins donuts juice. We only payed 60 dollars a night through the Best Western website. We booked online. Grand country was nice we went in there to play putt putt golf, but a little more expensive. They also have a waterpark there. We enjoyed Silver Dollar City. Try out the Powder Keg if you enjoy coasters. It is fun, but I didnt brace myself so ended up with nearly a broken elbow. LOL My own fault though. It was bruised and sore for nearly 2 weeks. But it is so fun!!!! Anyway hope this helps. Enjoy!!

I stayed there a couple of years ago. It is OK, but it is more of a "motel". The rooms open up to the outside. Also breakfast is buffet style inside one of the buildings and it wasn't that great and is not included.
There is an indoor waterpark that is nice. The kids did have fun there.

If you want to go to the waterpark you can pay a fee and go there if you want to play there. You don't have to stay at the Grand Country. With just staying there 1 day, I would rather go to Silver Dollar City.

We stayed at StoneBridge last summer. We too thought it was great and very relaxing. Lots of room there. My kids loved the pool there. My kids were 8 and 4 at the time and they loved both Silver Dollar City and Celebration City. I hope you have a great time.
