where to stay for 11 people

hello! Where would be the best place to stay for 11 people? Different options okay, ie. can we stay in 2 rooms at a resort? most cost feasible? best place? off site? anything else? We may look at going during christmas, there is 6 adults and 5 children (ages 11-6) Thanks.

You do know that Christmas will be really really crowded - parks at capacity - right? And that it will be a lot more expensive for your accomodations?

What is your budget? How many days?

You'd need three rooms at a resort, unless you'd manage to snag a DVC Grand Villa (not likely for Christmas this year), or stay in a large suite (lotsa money).

The Christmas thing makes a big difference, because at Christmas time the parks often close due to capacity. If you are staying on site, Disney will guarentee you admittance somewhere (not always the park you want to be at, but somewhere). Offsite will mean you need to do even better time management, but you can probably find an house or condo more reasonably priced for your party size.

Try vrbo.com. It has lots of reasonable houses and condos to rent in the Orlando area.

We booked a villa for both last year and this year through villadirect.com

Get and grand villa at one of the home away from home resorts. They sleep 12. If you're on a budget, then go for 2 cabins at Ft Wilderness (speeing 6 each).

Grand Villa will be a looooonnnnng shot at this point. You could maybe get a one bedroom(4 people) or studio (4 people) and a two bedroom (8 people). OKW or SSR would probably have the most vacancies at this point.

Or two Ft Wilderness cabins. Each holds 6.
