where to stay by disney boardwalk

Debating between beach club, boardwalk inn, or swan.
Any thoughts

Make a pro/con list.
I don't care about the DDP
DME doesn't sway me one bit.
I take a dip in the pool anytime it's over 70, so great pools are a must.
Kimonos.
Beds.
Price.

Swolphin's a no brainer, for me. It might be way different for you and bunches of others.

Thanks, I have stayed at the swolphin before and enjoyed. It might be cheaper to rent dvc points then the swolphin. So im a bit undecided.

If you are a Costco member, it's worth a look. They have Disney owned props as well now. You might be able to do a side by side comparison.

Frankly, I'd just do whatever's cheaper unless a pro or con outweighs the price difference.

Thanks, I have stayed at the swolphin before and enjoyed. It might be cheaper to rent dvc points then the swolphin. So im a bit undecided.

If you are going during F&W or early Dec, you'll need to book that DVC villa in the Epcot area no later than 11 months out. Extremely popular time for members and those resorts book up very quickly.
