i know others have already recommended it, but i'll chime in for POFQ. i went there with my Dex-BF in may (we are also in our 20's) and we LOVED it. the deluxes were too pricey for us, but POFQ was so romantic and quiet and gorgeous. that they make all the buildings look like rowhomes from new orleans makes them all look unique, and the fountains on the grounds are lovely, as is the walkway from POFQ to POR. many nights we took a quiet stroll to POR (about 5 minutes!) for dinner or shopping. plus you can take the boat to DTD. it's fantastic!
