Where to send suggestions?

Had lunch at Carnation Cafe last week, and was brought four glasses of water when seated. Three of the glasses went untouched. This practice should be suspended during the drought, if not for good.

There is a very large virtual circular file that one may send suggestions and complaints to. All you need is internet access and the proper email address of course.

Maybe, but in many cases, I have had a Cast Member call back to either discussion the email I sent or at least some type of acknowledgement.

Maybe all meals and drinks should be served on/in disposable/recyclable products.
That should look interesting at the Chef's Counter at the Napa Rose.

Lately I have been to several restaurants who only bring a glass of water if you ask for it...not automatically.
They also said it's not just the water IN the glass, it's the water that's used to WASH the glass that nobody used.
Makes sense.
I am glad you noticed and are motivated to do something about it!

I wasn't aware that any restaurants in southern California are still providing water without having to ask. Definitely a good point to bring up.
