Where to send kudos for a server or attendant?

We were on a 7 day trip on the Fantasy. We had 2 rooms (we like our space) with 2 people in each room. In one room, every night there were 2 chocolates, while in the other, there were three, including 3 bandanas for pirate night. All week, I kept wondering if our attendant couldn't count, but who's going to turn down an extra chocolate, right. So, I'm home now, for a few weeks and it suddenly hit me. My one son had his favourite stuffy with him. We got three chocolates in that room and only two in the other. Such attention to detail is amazing.

While we did give our attendant a glowing review (DH did the comment card) and extra in his envelop, I'm thinking I should write something, myself. Not just for this one thing, but there were other little things that I really did appreciate, but maybe didn't get a chance to thank him for.

So where would I send something to give praises and do the CMs ever see the letters/emails that are written about them? I would like to thank him for his care, as well as make sure his bosses know we appreciated it.

I am sure someone on here will chime in with an email address to send that type of praise. We always just attach a handwritten note with our survey at the end of the cruise listing anyone who provided magical service during our cruise.

Ditto. Some say hand writing a physical letter is more powerful, but we do this as well. Just sent them a note about 5 fabulous crew members including Captain Fabian.

I can add that yes, the cm's absolutely are given a copy of any letters or emails received by Disney and they sometimes are hung up in their respective work areas. It also helps them earn a little time off, niceties, etc. and above everything most sincerely appreciate it!
