Where to sell gift cards?

Anyone know of reputable sites to sell gift cards for cash and/or Disney gift cards? We have about $250 in Crate & Barrel gift cards from our wedding, but we already got everything off the registry so we don't have a need for the gift cards anymore. Is there any reputable site we can sell them? I know we won't get the full price but pretty much any amount would be better than an unused gift card.

Can you use the cards as gifts, or find items to get others as gifts?

I've used Raise .com to sell on occasion. They take 15% of what your card sells for, and can pay you out via Paypal, check, or direct deposit. It looks like right now most Crate & Barrel gift cards are listed at 5% off face value on Raise, and there are a lot of them at that discount. If you really want to sell the gift cards, you would want to give a higher discount than 5% to make your listing more attractive and sell faster.
