Where to rent ECV

Will be in WDW in October and need to rent an ECV. Can anyone suggest the best place to do this? I rented once before and it was a wreck. Appreciate any help.

I just put in a reservation at Scootarama for my DDad. My DMom has her own. I read what people said on this board and on allears.net about scootarama. I called them and they were most helpful. They will deliver to the CBR for us. I also have used Walker years ago and they were good too. We went with Scootarama because they were slightly cheaper. Hope this helps.
