Where to redeem GAD at AK & DHS?

We are set to volunteer in March and plan to use our GAD voucher for a ticket into either AK or DHS in October. Could somewhere please tell me how I go about doing this at these 2 parks? Is there a Guest Relations or Will Call window that we will need to go to? Also, what time to you think they open? Would like to make rope drop so do the ticket windows open an hour or so before the park does? Might also be doing an early breakfast at Donald's Safari at AK, so how would that work?

At DHS the Will Call windows are to the right as you are facing the ticket booths after passing through Security. I'm not sure about the location at AK. But all the Will Call booths are well marked and they are open at least a half hour before the first Guests are admitted (even for pre-opening breakfast reservations).

We are staying at BLT and will be walking to MK. Do I just go to the guest relations window since we won't be going to T&T.

Will Call at MK will either be in the little round building to the right once you go through security, or it will be at Guest relations in the same area if the will call building is not open. It will be marked.

I'm not sure exactly where it is, but I'd guess it will be over to the right once you get through security but before the turnstiles. Seems like I only remember a shop on the left side.
