Where to purchase VIP (unlimited express pass)?

So -- I see mention online in the forums about a "VIP Pass" that works like the unlimited Express Pass that you get when you stay at a resort. Is this available for purchase somewhere? If I go to the Universal site, the ONLY option I see for getting an unlimited Express Pass (without staying at a resort) is to buy it bundled with park-to-park tickets.

Is there a way to buy this by itself and/or add it on? For example, can I go buy a 2-day Base Ticket (either from Universal or someplace like UndercoverTourist) and then add-on a "VIP" (or some other Unlimited Express Pass)?

Thanks!

Indeed -- that VIP ticket was what I was referring to. But, it is like I said in the first post -- it appears to be bundled only with the park-to-park package. So, for 4 people, it would be over $1000 for the 2-day. (As opposed to being $759 for 4 people to do a 2-day base ticket plus the normal Express Pass.) I just can't bring myself to pay the extra $250 to upgrade to unlimited when I won't be using the park hopping abilities of that bundle.

So, I was looking for a way to add the unlimited express pass to base tickets basically.

P.S. I'm leaning towards doing a one-night stay at one of the resorts instead anyhow -- it'll actually be cheaper in the long run and will get me in an hour early. heh. :)

You can upgrade your tickets at the parks to include the unlimited express.

I can't find any pricing information on this anywhere. According to Universal's web site, the unlimited express passes are only available to those staying at a resort -- or those buying a park-to-park ticket. Do they even sell them as upgrades to people buying one-park/base tickets? If so, how can I find out how much those upgrades are?

Thanks.

And it would get you an hour early and the unlimited express for TWO days. Just get there super-early on checkin morning! Of course you have to have two day tickets, but still, good deal.

Check our other conversation on the resorts board for my link to this. You'd have to do the math to see which is the better deal.

Is there any way for an annual pass holder to add the unlimited express pass?
