Where to Prioritize Tickets?

We have a bit of a mess with various ticket combinations for our family during our November trip. We want to make sure the expiring tickets are used first and then certain non-expiring ones second, etc.. It sounds like there is no way to do that via MDE so we have to go to Guest Services. Can this only be done at Guest Services at a park before we enter our first park of the trip? I just hate to waste a bunch of prime riding time during a peak holiday week getting this done. We might be able to have it done the day before our first day but would prefer it if we could do this at our resort (VWL) or even at DTD.

Either of the guest service locations at Downtown Disney can take care of it.

You want Guest RELATIONS.

There are Guest Relations just outside the gates of all of the parks including Epcot's International Gateway,
at TTC,
and two locations in DTD: Marketplace- near World of Disney and West Side- in front of Disney Quest.

Last year we had to change our ticket priority and will have to do it again this year. We did it at MK. After we went through security BUT before the turnstiles there were CM's dressed in plaid with either I pads or I touches that could do change it. Tooke less then 5 min

I have two days left on annual passss for our first two days and then hoppers for the rest. Will it use it correctly? Chat with a cast member when I was buying tickets online said it would.

I can tell you to ignore anything you were told by a "phone CM" regarding park operations.
It's not that they are always wrong... it's just that they know nothing of park operations but will be happy to "make something up" to tell you.

No, I'm not kidding.

If you want to make SURE that your APs are used first, go to any Guest Relations and have the CM set your APs to the top priority,.

After that, you can use the AP every day that it's still valid and the hoppers won't be used until the AP expires.

If you always use the actual tickets, do you have to do this? Or will it book fp+ to whatever is the prioritized ticket on the site without you knowing which one it was?

Just a note - the regular ticket booths often have shorter lines than guest relations (except maybe at Magic Kingdom, depending on time of day) and can prioritize tickets just as easily. It's an incredibly easy process. :)

FP+ booking is not connected to individual tickets.
The system only looks to see the number of days for which you have valid tickets.

If you want to use a particular ticket "next," it needs to have its priority set to the highest level before you enter the next park.
FP+ is not related to this.

So as long as you use the actual ticket to enter the fp+ you book on the site will be good?

What "actual ticket" are you asking about?

Advance-booked FP+ reservations are not connected to individual specific tickets.

As long as all of your park tickets are in your MDE account, and your FP+ reservations are in your MDE account...
It does't matter which ticket you use to enter a park that day.
Once you are in the park, you can use any of your FP+ reservations that you booked for that park that day.

I meant using a ticket at the ticket scanners when you enter the park as opposed to using a magicband. I think you answered my question though

Yup.
Use a plastic ticket or use a MagicBand, it doesn't matter as long as everything is linked in your MDE account.
