Where to park?

We're going to PSB in the morning and then spend the rest of the morning in Future World. We'll go to the Showcase later for dinner and Illuminations. This is my question. We'd like to go to Beaches & Cream after Illuminatuoins for ice-cream (we've never been) and are trying to figure out the best place to park for the day. Can we park at the Boardwalk (we are staying on-site at CSR) and walk into EPCOT through the International Gateway in the morning and can we leave our car in that lot for the entire day and evening? Is it a big walk?

You will most likely be able to park at the Boardwalk for the entire time without problems. Once in awhile, there is a special event (or major holiday) and the Boardwalk restricts parking. That is not usual.

The walk to EPCOT's IG is not bad at all, but you can take the ferry too.

You can also park at the Swan and walk in or take the ferry from there.

It is not as though you are trying to beat the parking fees. You're staying on site, so they don't apply. You will be visiting the area after the park, and spending money there, so don't worry about parking in one of the lots.

I see your logic, but, how do you explain the BIG sign at the Boardwalk telling people that they cannot park there and go to the parks? I beieve it is at the Swan, Dolphin, BC and YC too.

Parking is supposed to be for resort guests or those visiting that resort. While I certainly see your temptation to park at BW, Beaches and Cream is at Beach Club. So, if you aren't going to park at Epcot, I would not park at Boardwalk.

Thanks for the info. I had the wrong location for Beaches and Cream so there is no sense parking at the Boardwalk anyway.We'll probably just park at Epcot and drive over later.
