Where to park for Swan breakfast?

We will be staying at Old Key West and want to go to the Swan for breakfast at Garden Grove. Do we have to pay to park, do they validate? Thanks in advance.
 
On the Swan & Dolphin website it says -
Complimentary Valet and Self-Parking with Dinner Reservations
