Where to now

We had planned on going to cypress gardens (now closing)in May as it was our friends birthday,then to Bergamos on I -drive for a meal.
so any idea's for a half day somewhere other than the parks

Have you done Gatorland? Or what about driving over to Winter park and looking around the shops there or maybe going to Disney's Community, Celebration - I think they do a tour there as well as lots of shops.

Winter Park has a scenic boat tour that you could take - the tour was restricted a couple of years ago due to drought but it looks like they are offering the full trip again.

Hi ,

I highly recommend Boggy Creek Airboat Rides - the staff are great and it is a fun experience. Our DS loved the journey.

Winter Park is lovely too (and it is so close by), we visited there on our last trip and the boat ride was great. It is about $8 each if I remember correctly.

Thanks guy's keep the idea's coming.We have been to winter park and done the boat trip,also the airboat ride but the bok tower sounds a good idea.We have been to silver springs and tarpon springs but there must be lots places we have yet to go

What a good idea Jannyans
Why have I never seen this lakeridge before? We may have to get a taxi I don't fancy going to a wine tasting and not being able to drink
