Where to meet the "real" Santa?

Is there anywhere to meet Santa Claus? (not Santa Goofy, although I guess my kids would like to meet him too!) We will be staying at the Poly Nov 30 - Dec 11. Can you meet Mrs Claus too? Do they sign autographs?

Santa Claus is at Downtown Disney, as well as at the American Adventure pavilion in Epcot (hey, he's Santa, he can be two places at once, right?). Also, the other countries at World Showcase have their own holiday storytellers or versions of Santa.

We haven't been for Christmas in a few years, but the last time we saw Santa at Downtown Disney.

I was disappointed. He was very young and didn't look the least bit jolly, much less happy. I expected more than a "mall Santa" from Disney. I guess.

The best place for a Santa and Mrs. Claus meeting is at America in World Showcase at Epcot. They sign autographs, take pictures and listen to wish lists. This has become traditional for our kids.

I have been to both Santas for my girls picture. Sometimes the downtown Santa is good and sometimes he is not. The Santa at America has always been to expectations. and he is sitting in a sleigh. I will try to post pic have to dig it out

I have to agree with the Epcot American pavillion Santa. He's excellent and so is Mrs. Santa. We go down every year around Christmas so we can get a picture with them with our girls.

I've also read somewhere that you can see the real Santa at the Swan / Dolphin (don't remember which one). Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I agree that the Santa and Mrs. Claus at EPCOT are the best.

There is also a really good one at MK next to the Town Hall. We have been to see him the last 3 years.

When does Santa and Mrs. Claus begin making their appearances?
I would love to see them! Oh, and I'm sure my kids would love it too!
We are looking at being there for Thanksgiving next year and we will leave the Saturday after Thanksgiving...will we miss them?

Last year we thought the best one was at hte AMerican Adventure Pavillion at Epcot. Plenty of time to pose for pictures and a beautiful backdrop.
