Where To Load Passport Info

We have a cruise boat with three cabins in January for a family vacation. All three of the cabin reservations are paid in full. Where can I find input everyone’s passport information? I cannot seem to locate it anywhere. I remember seeing questions for it when I booked cruise, but at that time I did not have everyone’s passport information. I figured I would ask on here because there are so many seasoned Disney cruise travelers that I know someone will know the answer.

Passport information along with head shots of everyone travelling is uploaded when you do online check in, which opens 30 days (actually 29 days, 11hrs, 59 minutes) before your cruise so that if you are sailing in January then that won't be until December sometime. You also choose your PAT (port arrival) at that time as well.

Is the checkin Eastern time zone?

Yes it is Eastern Time Zone. so it is when the app shows your cruise going in 29 days, 23 hours and 59 minutes. If you are in another time zone just adjust the time to your time zone. So it opens at Midnight Eastern, 11 pm Central, 10 pm Mountain and 9 pm Pacific if this helps.

Do you need to upload passport photos for online check in or can you just show passport at the port? Also can you set arrival time without uploading passport photos.

Yes you must upload passport photos during your online check in and the system doesn't let you pick a PAT until that is done.

Damn. I never like the idea of uploading things like that online cause of privacy. ESP photos and passport numbers to match.

But I guess I have to to be able to get a better port arrival time. If I wait till I get there I assume I’ll be boarding much later

I wonder what happens if a family chooses to not check in online at all, and just shows up at the port to check-in in person. Hmmm... Sure, you'd have the last BG but I can't see them turning people away.
