Where to have first dinner after Disney wedding?

I'm starting to plan the restaurants to book for my upcoming Wedding at Disney. I'll be at Disney for three days after my wedding and I'm not sure which parks to go to or where to eat. I want the first dinner we have as a married couple to be special. Any suggestions?

Artist Point is particularly romantic, IMO. California Grill at the top of the Contemporary might be another great location with excellent food and service.

Is Victoria & Albert's out of the question?

Jiko followed by spending the evening hanging around AKL can be real nice (lots of places to hide away and look out over the savannahs with a drink in hand).

While I am not a big fan of the fireworks view (overhyped IMO), people really tend to like CG fornice occasions.

Artist Point could work. I love Wilderness Lodge and it might be decorated for the holidays then. It'll be mid November?

I love Victoria and Albert's so that isn't out of the question. I'm just not sure how exhausted I'll be that day since the wedding ends around midnight

I think California grill with timing it so you can watch the fireworks after dinner from up there. JIko might make for a nice trip away from the parks with a little relaxing and animal viewing before or after dinner. Are you planning on going to a park that day or will it be a resort/relaxing day?

Victoria and Alberts, Citricos or Narcoossee's.

I would plan a dinner at Narcoossee's during HEA, it's beautiful restaurant with really good food!

I have not tried it, but what about the private dining experience at the Grand Floridian. It’s just the two of you on a balcony of the GF with butter service. I think it’s called The Intimate Dining Experience at the Grand Floridian. I think it’s about on par cost wise with V&A, but a little more unique.

My husband and I were just married at WDW 1/15/18. After the ceremony we are at Gasparilla grill at the GF. We had the best flatbread pizza ever!!!!!!!!!! There we were still in our fancy clothes at the QS restaurant. It was great. Later that night we the at Chefs de France.

I'm not sure yet, but I'm thinking we might pop over to the parks for a little. I'm going to try Jiko for the first time in March when we go for engagement pictures. So depending on how that meal goes it could definitely be a contender.

I've heard of this on here before, but haven't seen much detail about the experience. That could definitely be something we consider, since it's so unique. I wonder if there's a menu I could see, I can sometimes be a little picky with food.

Aw thats cute :) and congrats on your wedding! I really enjoyed all my food from Gasparilla Grill, I think it's my favorite resort quick service on property. This meal will be the day after our wedding, so we'll be back to wearing normal clothes lol.

I might be in the minority here, but BOG is romantic to me. Of course the others are as well, but the love story of Beauty and the Beast....

I love that restaurant too :) That one is always hard to book so I was thinking of doing it at the end of my trip.

Where on there is the menu? It looks like this just has the normal breakfast lunch and dinner menu
I'm confused....are we looking at the same links? When I scroll down I see the meals offered for Private Dining AKA room service.

Oh this is only showing room service. I thought this was a menu for the private dining someone mentioned earlier on here where you get your own butler.

Sorry, butler service is not something I'm familiar with @ Disney but it sure sounds like a nice amenity:).

We are doing California Grill brunch the day after our wedding (after our MK and Epcot park shoots). I've ready really good things about the brunch and the view is amazing. We are going to be there 2 days before and 5 days after the wedding and we are eating at Narcoosee's, 1900 Park Fare breakfast, CRT lunch, Artist Point (rehearsal dinner), Beaches and Cream, CG Brunch, Spice Road Table (the first restaurant we ate at on our first trip to Disney together), Mama Melrose (sooo good), 'Ohana, Tusker House Breakfast, Tiffins, Jiko, Crystal Palace Breakfast, Via Napoli, Monsieur Paul. We are on the Deluxe Dining Plan (if you can't tell :rotfl:)

IMHO Victoria & Albert's is the best choice. I love kids at WDW but this is a dinner that should be quiet and romantic. You'll have plenty of opportunities to eat with kids in the future. :)
