I would choose Starring Rolls or Fairfax Fare.

Best food option at HS. I believe that is what is called an oxymoron. However, they have some of the best food options (I believe) at HS.

The new food kiosks around the lake are very good and I would eat at those locations again rather than a QS at HS. Last time we were there, they were not on the dining plan and a little pricey. However, they have some of the best food options (I believe) at HS.

Exactly the question I was going to ask. I was hoping to go to Sci fi but just don't have the time to squeeze in a TS meal given that ours is a short trip. Was planning to wait 45+ mins for the fireworks so figure this is one way to kill 2 birds with one stone.
But after some comments here, I'm considering an alternative. The Star Wars Fireworks on my night are at 8:15pm. So should be done around 8:30pm. I am planning to head to Epcot for Illuminations at 10pm. So..
8:15pm Star Wars Fireworks
8:30 leave DHS
9:00 arrive Epcot International Gateway
9:00 - 9:40 enjoy Food & Wine Festival booths.
9:45 Fastpass for 10pm Illuminations
The big question is - will food lineups be way too insane at 9pm on a very busy Saturday night at Food & Wine? I've never been before.
I thought I remember reading that the kiosks at Echo Lake were only temporary until the end of summer (meaning I won't get to try them if so)?![]()
You may be right. I really can't remember. I HOPE they hang around longer. They're really good.
What did you get?
Shaved Turkey and Gouda Waffle Sandwich with mixed greens, bacon, tomato and herb-cheese pesto served with chips from Hollywood Waffles of Fame
Pulled Beef Brisket Sliders with arugula, pickled onions and horseradish aioli on sesame bun served with chips at Sliders to the Stars
My DH and I shared them.
