Where to go first?

I'm taking my fiance on his first trip to WDW in April. I'm looking for suggestions on where we should go first. I was thinking of taking him to the MK first. Main Street USA has always just taken my breath away, and I know I'll love anywhere we go at Disney World. I want to make this very memorable for him . Any suggestions or ideas would be so helpful! Thanks!!

First full day at WDW has to be MK for me. If I arrive and have time to go to a park in the late afternoon, I prefer Epcot, but next morning (first full day) it is MK.

I don't know his interests to suggest much, but if he is into a little more suspense on his rides, you must go to MGM for Rock and Roller Coaster and ToT!!

Have a good time and have fun planning! Others will have better suggestions I am sure!

Arrival day for us is always a non-park day - we take a tour of the resort, have a swim (even in January!), eat dinner and get an early night. The next day is definitely MK!!! And if possible, the last park, on the last evening is MK too. We stay until closing and hang back to let the masses leave, then head to the Main Street bakery for take-outs, then cry at the bottom of main street before finally leaving ...sheesh, am I off topic, or what?!?!

I cry when I leave too! We just got finished watching one of the specials on behind the scenes on the travel channel. He was acting pretty bored until they started showing Epcot (he's a science and technology geek + he loves aquariums too). I love MK, so maybe that will be "my day".
