I recently found some of the Forever Collectibles brand Disney bands at Office Depot. They had Mickey and Friends, as well as the series 1 bands for Toy Story and Princesses. (No Fairies, no series 2 or 3 of Toy Story or series 2 of Princesses.) I found them out at the register in the box they were shipped in. There was another box of them out on the second register they have in the middle of the store, near the toner cartridges.
However, there is a NEW brand doing these bands for Disney. I can't find the package now and I'm kicking myself because I can't tell you all what the brand name is. They are in an entirely different kind of package (instead of the puffy hard plastic package, it's just a flat, thin plastic package.) I have only seen these bands at Kohl's. They had Cars, Toy Story, and Fairies (the Fairies package was specifically for Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue.) I was about to buy the Cars bands until I looked more closely at the package and saw that the bands weren't in the shape of the characters from Cars, they were generic car "stuff", like a curvy arrow from a road sign or a gear shape. I did buy the Great Fairy Rescue pack because those were in the shapes of the characters, but the package didn't show which shape belonged to which fairy the way the Forever Collectibles packages do! We're still trying to figure out who all the shapes are supposed to be, other than Tinker Bell, whose shape and color were pretty obvious.
I'm not even 100% sure those new Disney bands are totally legit, especially since the shapes in the Cars pack were so generic. If you want to look at your local Kohl's and see for yourself, they were in the girls department (not the baby/toddler girls department) and they were on a display in the back along with some necklaces, hair stuff, and other accessories.
