Hi,

My son and I are big fans of milkshakes. I have two questions.

Which restaurants serve them

Where can you get them with snack credits

Thanks

Ross

50s Prime Time has milkshakes as well as Beaches and Cream, but I'm not sure if you can use snack credits for them.

Beaches & Cream and The Plaza come to mind as good options. Ghirardelli's in DTD too.

50s PT is a table service restaurant. I enjoyed my PB&J, but it was more peanut butter than jelly. Also, mine was good but DH's was icy.
Sci Fi is another table service with milkshakes. They are pretty good...nowhere near as good as Chick-Fil-A though

at HS Min & Bill's Dockside Diner (it's the ship) has a chocolate & "seasonal" shake that varies. They are more like a Wendy's Frosty consistency wise so I start with a spoon, but also use a straw. It's a quick serve location & outside seating. I don't know about snack credits.

I have also gotten shakes to go from 50's Prime Time. You can order from the bar rather than sitting in the restaurant.

Not sure about snack credits, but Ghiradelli and the Beaches & Cream to-go windows are two places you could walk up to without needing an ADR. If you're looking for TS, Sci Fi and 50s PT (both in DHS) have the best IMO. The bottomless milkshakes at Whispering Canyon are fine but they are the thick, pre-made style that come out of a machine like McDonald's. Weren't that great.

The Sci-Fi specialty shake is always amazing ! When we went in August, it was strawberry shortcake !! Sooooo good --- they should be serving the pumpkin one now I believe --- either that or apple pie

We've done the same. Bar is called Tune-In Lounge (I think) and is readily accessible even if you don't want to sit down at 50's to eat a full meal. PB&J shake is a staple there, and the last couple of times we were there, a red velvet cupcake shake was also available...and well worth the time to stop and get it.

Not sure about snack credits, but 50s PTC and the adjacent Tune In Lounge have wonderful PB&J shakes and my DS loves the bottomless shakes at WCC

You can also get shakes with alcohol at Tune-In (they'll pretty much make anything you ask for).

The seasonal shakes at Sci-fi are amazing!! The best one I ever had was a coconut cream pie milkshake. I went back another day that trip just for the milkshake!
