Hi everyone,

We just did a major reno on the bathroom and it's almost done...everything except for the Disney accents of course! I told dh I wouldn't do anything pernament...just shower curtain, towels and of course transfers for the walls.

I can order the stuff from disneystore.com but does anyone know anywhere here that sells this sort of stuff? I know Home Depot do some of it so I'll check there fiirst. I'd love to hear about it if you've seen any. So far I've just checked Sears.

Thanks! pixiedust:

I ordered all of our stuff from the Disney Store, and had it shipped to my inlaws in Florida, then picked it up when we visited. I haven't really seen anything here in a very long time.

The Bay used to have Pooh bathroom accessories so maybe they'd have Mickey too? I used to have a Mickey themed bathroom and I found a soapdish and toothbrush holder at Home Sense.

Home Depot definitely has the wall transfers. They also have new tile stick-ons and wall switch-plate stick-ons. I found these in the window covering dept (why?). They are like puffy stickers. They are in various square shapes -- meant to be placed on bathroom tiles for decoration. I bought the swithplate sticker for my DD's room. They had a TInkerbell :tink: It goes on the cheap 25-cent plastic switch cover. They were a little pricey -- $5.50 for the switchplate sticker. But, My DD6 is growing up too fast! Got to hold onto the magic :)

One more to add:

You didn't say which specific characters you wanted. Wal-mart definitely carries bathroom supplies (soap holders, cups, toothbrush, etc.) for Princesses and for Winnie-the-Pooh. You could also go to their kitchen section if you wanted themed tumblers, albeit plastic ones.

If all else fails, would the Disney Store not have supplies? You could always call your local store. They definitely have glasses with the various characters.

Edited: Sorry I just realized it does say Mickey Mouse in your title. I would still check Wal-Mart or Zellers.

Thanks everyone! I will check a few more places before I order from the disney store online. I tried the disney store at Fairview and they didn't have any...we're about 2.5 hours from yorkdale which is the nearest disneystore, unless there's one in Port Huron... I'll have to see.

Thanks again! :)

Beth
