Where to get machine embroidery cruise designs?

My sister just got the Brother embroidery machine. I thought for our upcoming cruise to alaska I would make scarves for all of us and embroider something on the ends, along with our names. Where do I buy the designs? I am pretty crafty but have never used this machine so I have to wait til she learns to use it and teach me.

I know my sister gets her templates and such off ebay and esty. Maybe try there.
they are just file transfers, as I know her machine just takes a SD Card.

I don't embrodier, but my aunt does. I know some machines only take certain file formats.
