Where to get ice water in the parks

Sorry I am asking lots of questions!

I believe you can get free cups of ice water at Universal just like Disney. Is it hard to get hold of right now because of Covid precautions? Like I know at Disney, especially during busy times, they won't let you in to ask for water if you don't have a mobile order.
Thinking of buying the Freestyle cup, but don't really want to carry it around all day.

You can go up to any quick service location, or, even better, any hot dog stand or anything like that which has a soda fountain, and they will give you a cup of water.

Glad to hear it's not a problem to get ice water!
I really didn't want to carry a refillable cup around all day.
