Where to get GAD FP cards?

I read the instructions for the GAD fast pass option and they state:

Redeem your voucher at the Will Call window at the park

Is there a special Will Call window just for GAD or is it any ticket window or guest relations window? Specifically, can the voucher be exchanged at the International Gateway ticket windows at Epcot or do we need to walk all the way through the park to the front to redeem our vouchers?

It is the ticket booth or window marked "Will Call". It is one of ticket booths, or in the case of MK, either the Guest Relations windows to the right of the turnstiles (usually), or the round building nearby (sometimes).

At the Epcot IG, it is one of the two booths. If only one is open, go to that one.

Thanks! Was also worried be'd have to go to the TTC ticket windows at MK instead of Guest Relations.

I was wanting to map this out ahead of time as well. So, I can redeem our vouchers for FastPasses before entering the turnstiles? We always plan to be there for rope drop, and I'd like to have this handled ahead of time so I can race to our first attraction.

Yes. At least one of the IG booths should be open 30 minutes before park open.
