where to get discount pins in orlando?

I remember reading somewhere that you could buy pins that had been discounted. These were pins that were not rare and valuable but might be of interest to someone like me who collects for my own enjoyment and not for resale or trade. It was somewhere in Orlando. Does anyone know about this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

there is a Disney Character shop in (I believe) Belz Factory Outlet Mall....they have some of TDS Millennium pins for $3.99 each.

There is also cheappins .com. i know it's not what you were asking about but they tend to have many fun pins in the$3 range..not limited,specials ,just cute.
