Where to get Coupons, How to start...

Heading down for a big shopping trip from Canada and we are looking to do some couponing. Where do we start? There is nothing like the extreme couponing up here.

Is there a website for printables? Do we buy a newspaper? etc??

I know, basics. We have one circular and a few printable websites, but no huge savings.

We will be shopping at Target, CVS, Walmart, KMart, Kohls.....those are the big ones.

Hi, I always shop and bring stuff to my daughter in Canada and she can't believe the prices I get!

For Target - go onto Target website, at the bottom there is a "coupon" link - these are usually Target coupons (there may be some manufacturers on there also), they can be combined with a manufacturers coupon. Not sure if it would be worth it for you to join cartwheel (sign up using email), you may be an extra percentage off items at Target (and they are all combinable).

For manufacturers coupons - coupons.com, redplum.com, smartsource.com. Go to the blogs - Moneysavingmom.com and Hip2save.com - they will tell you how to combine your coupons with store deals for the best "bang for your buck".

If you shop Walgreens - you can get their "Balance Rewards" card (if you plan to come to US to shop a few times) and you can load the coupons (from their website) onto your card. Also check for their monthly savings booklet when you enter the store. Their flyer will also have some coupons in it.

I use livingrichwithcoupons.com. they do the match ups for you. Also hopster.com is another couponing website. Pillsbury, betty crocker, they give coupons weekly when you sign up. Kelloggs as well.

Try the Krazycouponlady.com Great website. Even gives information about sales at stores and how to combine coupons with them.

I use a website called afullcup.com they have lots of people willing to help and show you the ropes
