Where to get a good steak??

We just got back and we loved almost all the steak we had.

The best tie was Le Cellier-mushroom filet or BBQ filet,
Maya Grill-filet
Kona--filet

The worst was Wolfgang Puck. I asked for medium--it came out purple/red raw. The mashed potatoes tasted just like Hungry Jack instant box kind and the sauce was yuck. The onion straws were pretty good though.

Last year we ate at Concourse and DH didnt like his steak so we didnt go back this year.

I thought this thread needed some pictures!

The meat was excellent! But next time I'd ask for it without (or with less) BBQ sauce.

Very good too, and the macaroni and cheese makes it my favourite!!

Hands down these are by far the very best melt in your melt steaks i have ever eaten at any restaurant anywhere. All the others mentioned do not even come close these two. They are in a category all on there own. Trust me on this one. We eat at some very nice restaurants but these two are THE BEST!! Not to be missed!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Shulas was the best, CSH has always been good. Will try Spoodles in OCT.

Shula's does not particiate on the Dining Plan.

My family did not enjoy the steaks at the CS. This was the only restaurant that they asked me not to make adr's at. Now the Yachtsman was amazing, and we also enjoyed the filet at teh CG. My sis IL and my niece enjoyed the steaks at the Kona cafe.

At Le Cellier?

Have to agree with Bicker, the best steak on property by far is at Shula's. Their beef is prime black angus and is simply in a different class (same for their lobsters).

Having said that, we've also enjoyed very much the filets at Calif. Grill and Jiko (though I, for one, can't figure out the mania for the mac & cheese with the steak, it's good, but it's mac & cheese -- same as is served on the kid's menu). We haven't eaten at Yachtsman for years (preferring Shula's), but it was good last time we were there.
