Where to find waterbed sheets??

We had a waterbed many years ago but got rid of when we moved. My dh keeps mentioning that his back hurts every morning when he wakes up and blames it on the bed. He now wants a waterbed because of his back. A long time ago, the sheets could be found at Walmart and Target but when I looked the other day I couldn't find any. Does anyone know where I can find some waterbed sheets at a reasonable price? I am afraid of the cost since waterbeds aren't so popular anymore. TIA

We have a waterbed and I have had a problem finding sheets reasonable. What I just did a few months ago is bought a set of king deep pockets at target and they worked fine. Just make sure they are deep enough. I measured down in the frame to make sure. Good luck

We used normal king sized sheets with deep pockets too and it worked just fine. Since then, we traded in the waterbed for a sleep number (select comfort) on the suggestion of friends years ago and have been so pleased that we bought one for our DD also. DH also had back problems and the sleep number bed has been much better for him, though it makes it harder to stay too long on a too-firm hotel mattress and be comfortable.
We found SC# to be very close to our waterbed except that it takes normal sheets and we don't slide down into the middle of the bed anymore while we're alseep since it's not water.

I've had my waterbed since I was 19 and can't fathom sleeping on anything else. The old style "whale belly" beds are very good for your back. Years ago Prevention magazine did an article on the best mattresses for your back, and the whale belly waterbed won best mattress, hands down.

I buy all of my sheets on eBay. I buy a high thread count and read the reviews on the seller, and they've always fit perfectly and feel great on my skin.

Don't know where to buy them. My DH takes regular king sized flat sheets and converts them into water bed sheets. He's just too talented.

Love my waterbed but my DS took it away. All of his friends just think it's the coolest.

We use regular King size flat sheets also.

we had a waterbed many moons ago as well and then replaced it with a select comfort. Ours was a queen...it's bigger than a traditional queen, so now we just buy king sheets. Way, way cheaper than waterbed sheets! Good luck!

Its been a while so I'm not sure if they still carry them but Kmart used to.

We still have several water beds in our house and sheets are impossible to find. Ours is a Queen so I buy King sheets that have some stretch to them like jersey knit material, and I use them. For the other beds I use flat sheets and try to make do. They are what was called super singles and I can't find sheets for them anywhere!

I am dreading the day we need a new heater or mattress. No one around us sells them any more!

We have a store in my town called Crazy Larry's. They carry waterbeds, sheets, and accessories. They are going out of business. It is the only place we have been able to find sheets to fit our california king waterbed. We have also bought a mattress and heater from there. I don't know if they ship or not, but they might be worth calling since they are closing.
