Been looking on the my Disney experience app for the past 3 months to see what characters are were with all of the recent changes at the parks. My DW would like to see hi . Its her favorite character. TIA

That's the roller coaster at Kings Island - Ohio.

As mom2rtk said, Be Our Guest only and then only at dinner. (definitely not breakfast but I'm not sure about lunch...)

No proper M&G outside the photo op after dinner at BOG. Of course it's the most difficult ADR to get!

Dinner. Keep trying I've gotten less than week out. You can go in for just dessert, then go meet the Beast.
