Where can we meet Donald Duck where is wearing his regular clothes (blue sailor outfit with hat)? I feel like he’s dressed up every location I can think of that he would be

He’s Sailor Donald in DHS in front of Sid’s.

No; not at either.

In Epcot, his meet is at the Mexico Pavilion.

I am so happy to hear this! I have been wanting a pic in his classic suit and have never been able to find him in it. My last pic in this suit was 50 years ago (I was 2), so this upcoming pic is 50 years in the making.

You need to come back and post both pics!!! I only went once as a kid but have no character pics (although I have a priceless one with my dad in the stocks in Liberty Square ).
