My 2 DDs are Frozen obsessed and their birthdays are coming up in April. I'm looking for Frozen merchandise - t-shirts, toys, etc. Is the Disney store my only option? Has anyone seen Frozen stuff in other stores?
Thanks!

Of all places I found some frozen t-shirts at Meijer yesterday! Don't know if you have one of those by you (I think they're only in the Great Lakes area) but try target or walmart, they almost always have character apparel! Good luck!

Our Walmart's have Frozen merchandise. My dad got DD a T shirt and plates. I notices a few dolls/stuffed animals, cups, bowls, dresses, night gowns the other day.
It was located at the front by the registers. It was a little 4 sided cardboard stand.

It is with a heavy heart that I jump onto this thread, Disney has failed big time with this movie and its characters when it comes to merchandise. I'm having a huge problem finding in stock items with some retailers indicating that they will have stock sometime in mid June. I'm beyond frustrated, I get marketing theories and ideas but this is beyond a failure. Now, the secondary market like ebay is making a killing on these items. It makes little sense to me. Disney and retailers are leaving thousands maybe millions on the table. Thankfully you have until April, we have until february 24th. I suppose we will make due....but this wasn't Disney's first rodeo and it is guilty of a gigantic blunder with the merchandising of the Frozen product. Today we called Disney direct for park merchandise and nothing Elsa to be found at either parks. Seeing it is after Christmans that amazes me that months after the movies release that manufactures are still unable to keep up with demand.....sorry for the rant.

I really don't think Disney thought the movie would be AS popular as it is. Nothing has has come out in years has even come close to as popular.

Its not the Disney Parks, but the Disney Store had the Elsa dress in stock online in all sizes twice in the month of January once for over 2 days along with the Elsa tshirts that were in stock almost the entire month.

I have been on the Disney store website everyday for the month of January. Not once did they have the Elsa shirt in stock for a size 10.

As a business person, I think I can understand what happened. Lets say you are the person in charge of marketing for Frozen. You look at what sold over the last few movies and notice how much extra merchandise you had after Brave came out. Well, hmmm... you don't want to make that mistake again because you can't guarantee that Frozen won't do the same. So what do you do? You play it safe and order less then you did with Brave so that you won't end up with too much left over.

But then Frozen does SO well that stores are running out. Well, dang. So now you need to reorder but that takes time.

So really, Disney had two options:

1) Order the same they did for Brave (which I think was based off of sales for Tangled) and hope Frozen does better in the box office and risk having a bunch of stock left over like they did for Brave.

OR

2) Order less then they did for Brave (basing it off of sales of Brave merchandise) and risk Frozen doing much better and merchandise selling out.

Most companies will go with option 2 as you don't want to have too much stock on hand due to how it impacts financials.

So one size. I know I ordered a size 4 and they also had 2/3, 5/6, and 7/8 along with the 4 at that time (and still have some sizes in the Elsa shirt right now). So I would think having almost every size except 1 is pretty darn good.

They also have 3 other frozen shirts in a 10/12 right now. Anna and 2 with both girls on them.

This might not help, but I got DD's Anna and Elsa dress at JcPennys. With a coupon they were $30 each. Sure, they are not as nice as Disney Store's, but I think they are much better than the ones I saw at Target for $20. She loves them. It wouldn't hurt to try JCPenny, but I think they are having problems keeping the items in stock too.

My DD is 11 and loves Frozen. She was never a princess fan until Anna and Elsa. I have searched Walmart, Kmart, Target and ToysRus and couldn't find but one Sven plushie. Obviously she is too old for the dresses but not one Adult T-shirt at these stores. Disney store has a few, but I don't like them. Even on Walmart.com Frozen items are sold out.

Disney better hurry and produce before the hype wears out.

You can make an iron on in an adult size. Disney Movie Rewards has a printable iron on for 0 points right now. I downloaded it and saved it so I can make some.

Actually those shirts with both girls on them are sold out in size 10/12. It shows available in the list, but when you click on the size they are sold out. I wake up nearly every morning at 4:00am an check the website to see if they've been restocked. I was able to get the costume this way. I had the singing doll in my cart earlier this month, but it sold out before I could check out.

I will check out the Children's Place and J.C. Penney's. Our Target was sold out of most merchandise last week.

I'm respectfully skeptical of your claim, we have been on the Disney store website every other day since December and have NEVER seen a size 10 Elsa dress available, and even if there were days in which the dresses were available seeing that Disney KNEW in December they had a winner and it is now February then why would production still be unbearably slow? The Disney store here in our area is saying February 16th at the earliest for new merchandise and they expect less than 10 dresses? I cannot fathom what the ratio of sizes might be for 10 dresses. Currently there isn't even a listing for the Elsa dress on the Disney store site. I cannot believe I'm going to have to pay the crazy ebay prices for these items. Disney has to be leaving thousands of dollars on the table for the secondary market.

Interesting. I was in target in my area yesterday. They had quite a but if frozen stuff, dress up dresses, Olaf plushes, and Anna and Elsa dolls.

JcPenny's now has a Disney store portion and they have Frozen stuff. They sell out quickly though. I have also seem stuff at target and toys r us.
