Where to find dream squad?

Ditto..I've spent 4 days in the past year and haven't been dreamed. I've seen them twice. Once coming off of BTMRR they were giving out FP on the exit just as we were getting on the ride and were gone when we got off!

Oh well....maybe next time.

Just out of curiousity, what was that? I haven't heard of whatever that prize was? Was it like extra magic hours in WDW?

I haven't been dreamed either, but in fairness, have only been to Disneyland for 3 days in 2007, and will be there for 3 more in 2008. Here's hoping!

This dream was for an extra hour in the park (DL). That night the park closed at 8pm. They instructed everyone who got this to meet at the arena behind BTM Ranch at 8pm and for about 30 minutes while they cleared the park, we were entertained by someone on stage. At about 8:30pm Mickey and Minnie came on stage and released us into the park. We could ride anything and had free roaming of the park until 9:30pm. It was a lot of fun.

Thanks!

Extra time after the park closes is truly magical! When I first started reading the pass, I thought it was maybe the pass for the Dream Suite, but it didn't exactly state that.

The dreams are given out at RANDOM. There is no way to know when and where the Dream Squad will be. I think it's pretty silly to go seeking dreams, isn't it enough that you're already at the Happiest Place on Earth? :confused3

We were in DL for four days in December and never saw the Dream Squad. The closest we came to them was one day when we were at Indy at about 11am and a ton of people walked by that had the Dream FastPasses. Someone said that they were dreamed by Tarzan's Treehouse. Then last month I went for a one day trip with my son and the family in front of us on Thunder Railroad had the Dream FastPasses. We started talking and I congratulated them and asked them where they had been dreamed. They said that were dreamed right outside Thunder Railroad, and it was a shame since they had to leave after this ride to get to the airport. They sort of whispered between themselves then gave us their Dream FastPasses. It was so nice of them, and something very memorable. Just thinking that someone wanted to share the magic with us was just as good as receiving them from the Dream Squad. :cloud9:

I've been 12-15 times in the last year- and never ONCE even seen the Dream Team! I wish. I keep my eyes peeled for 'em...:rotfl2:

But it is totally random. Just pure luck! I'm hoping my lack of seeing them or being dreamed so far just means a really BIG dream is coming my way sometime!

We got the Dream Fastpasses on the Thursday (our first full day) of our trip. They were GREAT!!! Especially useful for us because with our DD, it made such a difference to be able to not run around getting fastpasses for rides that DH and I had to switch off for anyway. We were very happy!! :) They actually insisted on giving us one for DD, too, even though she's only 14 months and either can't go on most fastpass rides or doesn't need a fastpass because she just goes with us, so I'm not really sure why they insisted on giving us one. We thought about giving it away, but since we only had one to give, we didn't think it would be fair to anyone but a single guest as only one person would get to have the FP, and we didn't find anyone by themselves, so we kept it. Anyway, DH was the one to spot the Dream givers - he was actually on the lookout for PhotoPass people, but at this point didn't exactly remember what they looked like so he said "is that one of the photo people?" and I said, "No, but they're giving something out!!!" and we ran over. It was to the left of the Buzz lightyear blaster ride. I'm thankful DH is good at looking out for stuff (he's also tall), because I wouldn't have noticed.

Oh, while we were at DCA the next day (I think - maybe that Sunday?), we were just walking around because DD was asleep in the stroller and we didn't have any fastpasses so we didn't want to ride any rides then (we actually only had to get ONE regular fastpass the whole trip - it was AWESOME), and I noticed a Dream giver walking around. We somewhat stalked her for a few minutes, and eventually saw her give something to a random guy sitting on a bench, so we figured she was just doing random dreams and there wasn't any point to following her! It's all totally random anyway - I think being on the lookout is good, but following someone (other than because we just had nothing better to do!) is silly.

Our friends were dreamed in Toon Town 12/06 and received 3 dream lanyards. Last year we were dreamed coming off the monorail in DTD and received dream ears (however, we think it was a bribe because someone had fallen on the stairs and the dream team was handing out the ears as medics attended to the person!):rotfl2:

My parents were dreamed with dream lanyards leaving the exit at DCA to GCH...

We just got back yesterday and we never saw them once, we never even saw anyone who had won a prize! We saw no one wearing hats or with fastpasses or anything. We were so excited because this is the first time we had kids with us so we thought our chances were better and we thought maybe they might at least win some stickers or something, but we never saw a thing :( Good luck to everyone else.

We just got back and know that the dream team was passing them out 3 days in a row at Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at the exit right after the park opened. We were lucky enough to get them one day and our friends got them the next day. The day after we asked someone who had them where they had gotten them and they said at BTMR!!! Naturally we ran right over but they were not there anymore! Good luck in finding them! :wizard:

It is totally random.:) It doesn't increase your chances if there are children in the family.
