So in theory Every Resort has at least 1 machine. Idk about Water parks. But i have seen them in Disney Springs but the was went it was still Down Town Disney.

We've bought those dog tags twice- first time at The Land at Epcot, we got the Spaceship Earth one. Pup wore it for about a month before all the SE print rubbed off. Etched info still intact, just no themed decoration. Did the Minnie Mouse one at the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster gift shop at HS in August 2019. Again, all the colored decoration is rubbing off after just a month. We're giving up on these $12.00 doggie tag souvenirs. We did buy a super cute collar at the pet shop place at Disney Springs that looks great. They have a Mickey and Minnie version.

We bought these for our dogs in July. All of the Mickey decals are already rubbing off. I wouldn't expect much from them.

Contemporary Resort has one on the north wall by the elevators outside the add on gift store. Near security for the monorail.
