Yachtsman Steakhouse if you want a WDW restaurant.
We love Ruth's Chris far more than Morton's, Shula's, or Capitol Grille - but we also have access to all of those where we live, so since the meat is so great at YS, we prefer to dine there to have some different options from the other more "chain" type places. They do have a different twist on some of their sides, salads, and appetizers.
See that's why I don't go to Ruth's Chris or Morton's, even around DC; too much of a chain feel. I've not been to the Shula's out in Tysons Corner so I can't really compare. When I want great steak around DC I go to Bobby Van's.
I'll go out on a limb here, and I'm certainly not a Tony's fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I had a NY strip steak there last year and it was on that fine line between very good and excellent.

Thats funny, I had never been to a Ruth's Chris around here but when I went on my honeymoon in Hawaii we went to one and I loved it.
My choice for Disney however (so as to prevent my part in a thread jacking) is Le Cellier but now you all have me thinking about trying one of these other places.
Yes, that is the meal I was interested in, but my husband wanted me to ask around on here for other options.......we had also though of Shula's, but my daughter is only 8 and I don't think she would like it there........but the same goes for Narcoosees....... although she does have a very advanced taste for a child. She doesn't like the children's menu choices.
I have actually heard about that place from my sister that lived in Orlando, but since we are flying in and will be without a vehicle, that isn't an option this trip.

Narcoosees is a fine choice for an eight year old used to restaurants. Shulas is not as great a choice (I recall Shulas as being one of the restaurants with no kids menu).

Our favorite and always cooked perfect steaks have been at LeCellier. Now, granted we do not do any of the signature restaurants at Disney becasue we don't want to get dressed up on vacation in 100 degree heat (plus we have really good signature restaurants in Chicago). Our other favorite steak in Florida is the one I usually have at Emeril's at the City Walk at Universal Studios.
