where to eat?

I think i have decided on the Green eggs and Ham cafe when we go to"IOA"..but I cant decide on where to go the day we are in Universal Studios...........we are very much on a budget,,,so it needs to be at one of the walk ups or counter service I guess..dont wanna spend time at a sit down restaraunt anyway....

Hopefully you'll get some good recomendations I can use for my next trip. I thought there were so many cool places to eat at IOA, and nothing to appealing at Universal that I ate outside of Universal at the Hard Rock and then went to the Tchoup chop for dinner, which I realize were things you don't want to do. I wonder why they have so many cool themed places at IOA and not at Universal. Good luck.

What kind of food are you looking for? Louie's is one of the besy, it is a counter serve, and has great pizza/pasta/italian food. Plus since you can buy a whole pizza, you can split that with the family. Monster's Cafe also gets rave reviews (also counter) and the Boulengarie (I can't spell it right ) in the front of the park has great sandwiches and desserts.

Dont worry, there are plenty of places available.

Second vote for Louie's. The pizza and caesar salad were fresh and tasty.

Louies is always good, but I wouldn't try to plan; I would just walk up to a place that looks and smells good. If you want Table Service, that is what I plan for.

We like having lunch at Cafe La Bamba at Universal. Huge portions and their chicken is great. Schwab's also makes a good sandwich and desserts (ice cream) are wonderful.

Dont forget those turkey legs and hotdogs from the stands they are pretty filling and quick for lunch in fact take in a bit of bread and strip your turkey leg into sandwiches
