DH, 2 friends and I are running the full this year. We all have APs and are looking for suggestions about where to eat our pre-race dinner. We'll have a car and park entry is no problem, so what do you all think?

We're looking for "plain-ish" pasta to minimize any system upsets...

I'm not certain how to advise. I am told that the restaurants try to add some extra carb choices since there are so many people coming to the weekend event.

I don't worry too much about carb loading the day before, just eating more simply so I can't exactly say.

Tony's Diner in Magic Kingdom comes to mind as one good choice.

Last year we went to the WISH group buffet dinner and then Saturday evening I ate at ESPN. So for me I did ok with it.

We have 2 marathoners in our party and we are doing the buffet at 1900 Park Faire in the Grand Floridian. One area of the buffet is a pasta station and I've heard they are very accomodating. Additionally they have numerous plain fruit and veggie options and multitudes of breads. My husband also likes some plain protein as well so something like the carved turkey will probably work for him. In the dining area there is a sticky post with menus where there is more detail on the buffet.
