We are going to be going to Epcot to hear Pam Brody. After her "show" we would like to meet up with my parents and my children and sit to have dinner. Right now we are thinking perhaps the new Hacienda in Mexico, or the New Via Napoli in Italy. My mom also mentioned she might be interested in trying Morocco but their menu doesn't excite me (even though i love the walk up counter service there). Any thoughts on our choices or perhaps another suggestion? We were even thinking Coral Reef- but the reviews lately have been awful. We were there a few years back for lunch and it was fine, but nothing spectacular

I thought Napoli was okay but I like Coral Reef better. I have not tried Hacienda yet.

We love Epcot dinners and have been to all of the restaurants you mentioned!

We really enjoy La Hacienda and Via Napoli. Coral Reef and Morocco are just OK. My favorite restaurant in Epcot is Le Cellier, with La Hacienda in close second (because the view from most of the rooms is amazing and the food is quite good.) I know La Hacienda has received mixed reviews, but my husband is Mexican (and so are both of his parents) so we cook and eat Mexican food quite frequently and we love this restaurant. Our boys rank Garden Grill as the best character dinner at WDW, but OP may not be looking for character dining.

Hope that helps! :wizard:

You may enjoy Morocco anyway. It is MY favorite place. They have wonderful lamb if you are into that sort of thing. There is also a belly dancer that is fun as well as some live Moroccan music.

We went to Via Napoli and loved it. The pizza was really terrific and we will definitely go there again on our next visit.

I love love love love the Moroccan Restaurant Marrakesh. It is a must-do for us!! The menu is actually really delisious and the belly dancer is sooo much fun!! :goodvibes

It is worth a try, I am a VERY picky eater and I was nervous about trying this place the first time, turned out to be one of my favorites in all of WDW!! Give it a chance, its really yummy and fun!! :goodvibes

IMHO, Chefs de France would be a wonderful choice. It's close to R&C and the food is always excellent. We have yet to be disappointed at lunch or dinner after dining there too many times to count. If you don't decide to have dinner there, at least get your dessert at the Boulangerie Patisserie. :)
