We've decided on where to eat in the evening on 3 of our 4 days but can't decide on the last one. So far we have:

Monday - Annette's.. if it's open! This is due to the last day it's open before it closes for refurbishment so would like to squeeze a trip in if we can.

Tuesday - Wild West Show. We'll have a big lunch in the park that day to make up for the measily amounts of food you get there! :rotfl2:

Wednesday - ??

Thursday - Rainforest Cafe. I think Mini-me will love this place, so wanted to save it for her our last day.

So, that leaves us with just one day to fill. I can't decide where to eat. We are staying in the Cheyenne so was thinking about eating in the Chuckwagon Cafe, or the Hunter's Grill at SQL or Cape Cod in NPB or somewhere else completely!

Any suggestions?

How about Cafe Mickey for a character meal? I'm not a massive fan of the food or service BUT the character interaction always makes up for it. If you have youngsters it is great there :goodvibes

Or, failing that how about character meal at Cowboy Cookout? Not heard fantastic reviews but perhaps once again the character interaction will make up for it?

have you tried Walts?? Blue lagoon? Any of the steakhouses? auberge? I find it difficult to fit in all my fav places :-) Its almost worth booking extra nights to fit it all in :rotfl:

you don't appear to have a character meal on that list ;) - so I'd go for Cafe Mickey - and if Annettes isn't open, I'd go for the Parkside Diner at the HNY (its the closest hotel to the Village and the food is excellent, great value for money).

Yes, Auberge would be lovely as you have your DD going with you but it isn't in everyone's price range as it is a small fortune!

If you wanted to keep to a budget, then at least with Cafe Mickey you can eat off the a la carte menu (not the a set one) and make it quite reasonable price wise.

All depends on budget I guess. Also, Auberge can end up being quite a long meal so can eat into park time considerably but is fab if you have a little Princess lover :lovestruc

PS - Not sure if you've thought about a birthday cake as well for your DD? Apparently Cafe Mickey do them and the characters sing to your DD. I think (but not 100%) you can get one at Auberge too?

How could I forget Cafe Mickey?? Yes, I think that's going to be my final spot filled!

I'd love to do Auberge but the men of the group are very fussy eaters and the last time I took my OH to Auberge he would hardly eat anything and the chef had to come out to make sure it wasn't cooked badly! Shame as I think mini-me would love it!
