(I would guess that's a character dining place? ) Anyway I said I'd ask you guys where they should eat if there is anything still open. Thanks

Storyteller's Cafe is not a character meal for dinner, but does serve a buffet. It's in the GCH. Historically, it's usually all or mostly booked just a couple days after Thanksgiving reservations open, so I expect it's true there are no seatings available there.

By this point in time, a lot of the sit-down dining places with special Thanksgiving meals are booked up. Depending on when you want to eat, there might still be some seatings left at some of the in-park sit-downs such as Blue Bayou, Cafe Orleans, the Big Thunder Ranch Barbecue, Carnation Cafe, Ariel's Grotto, and Carthay Circle. You would need to call the dining line or check the online reservation system to find out.

Traditional turkey dinners with the fixings will be offered at many places throughout the parks, so even if you can't get a reservation at a sit-down restaurant you may be able to find a counter service place like Plaza Inn that your group will like.

We love Storytellers as well, or the Plaza Inn, have done both.

In this post, look under Thanksgiving Day Dining. If you click on some of the blog links, you will get a sense of what kinds of food there is to be had on Thanksgiving, and where to find it.

One of the most popular meals is the Feast that takes place at the Disneyland Hotel on Thanksgiving, but almost all of the table service places around the parks and the 3 Disney hotels, and most of the better counter service restaurants in the parks (such as Plaza Inn, as mentioned above), offer some sort of Thanksgiving Day meals or special menu items. Blue Bayou is one of the more popular choices, as is Storytellers Café.

In Downtown Disney, Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen offers a special Thanksgiving Day meal, and Catal has something as well.

I was just able to book dinner at 6:15 for 7 people at the Disneyland Hotel. It is a huge traditional Thanksgiving dinner for $74 per adult.

We ate at Mimi's, traditional turkey dinner, it was very good!
