Going with sister and mother in august on free dining!! special trip for us and i am trying to plan our ADR's any recomendations for a final night special meal?

do you want "signature dining" (aka fine dining, two TS credits) or "fun" dining (aka Hoop Dee Doo Revue, also two TS credits) or in park dining (Teppanyaki is a good choice in epcot) or character dining (say goodbye to mickey) or resort dining (to see fireworks from 'ohana), etc... do tell what you have so far, give some more parameters and you'll likely get a ton of answers and reasons :)

So far we have all for dinner Le Cellier, Kona Cafe, and Raglan Road being open about options because dining for the week will be free would even pay OOP for last night for something special or a signature meal!
New at the boards and personaly planning this special trip love all the information and disney love!!!

three good choices so far...

if cost (or # of TS credits) is "no object" then i would suggest California Grill at the Contemporary...

once you have your basic touring plan laid out, you should then select restaurants near where you'll be... if you could fit in Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge i'm sure you'd really enjoy it too...

Not sure where you are staying, but since we are ending our trip with 3 nights at AKL, we are staying "close to base" and splurging on Jiko. Can't wait!!

We are doing Chef Mickeys and MK is open till 11 PM our last night - so one more stroll down Main Street after dinner before heading back to the WL for our last night  at WDW till we return in 2007 :goodvibes

Our last night dining this year is Whispering Canyon. I think it will end our trip on a high note with some nice laughs!

I would certainly second the suggestion to try the California Grill. You might want to schedule it so as to see the MK fireworks while you're at it.

Enjoy.

If its your last night and your not spending it in a park, try dtd, maybe Bongo's or Wolfgang pucks or you can try and eat at a place in the Grand Floridan.. 1900 Park Fare or head over to California Grill, it has a beautiful view of the castle. You can all sit there and reminisce about your trip while enjoying the view! :)

Thank You for all the tips still working on the final plans but i think i have them convinced that it will be california grill on our last full night in the world!
