We are spending New Year's Eve at the Hilton in Disneyworld and I need to make a dinner reservation. Any suggestions on the best place to go?

We only have one night in Orlando and we want it to be great!

We're a couple in our 30s with no children and we will be dining with just the two of us.

At this point, I am thinking whatever you can get!! I am sure that is a popular day....try Cali Grill, Citricos, Jiko, Narcoosees. Good Luck!!

I think you may be out of luck for New Year's Eve this year. Folks can make ADR's (Advanced Dining Reservations) 180 days (6 months) in advance. For a time as crazy busy as New Years Eve, you may find there is nothing available.
If I were to try, my choices would be first Jiko at the AKL followed by Kona Cafe at the Poly.
Good Luck

If you want a great meal, and there is any availability, go to Victoria and Albert's in the Grand Floridian. It is one of only 54 AAA Five Diamond Restaurants in the country.

i have enjoyed many NYE celebrations at WDW. My favorite dinner was at France. The Bistro on the second floor (above Chef de France) takes reservations exactly 30 days out and no earlier. It is a very difficult reservation to get and the chef prepares a real special (and expensive) menu. If you are lucky you might get window seats to watch the fireworks.

Au Voir!

You will probably need to be flexible at this point. I'd call TODAY and see what kind of availability that they have.

Good luck! :goodvibes

If you get a reservation at Epcot or the MK, plan to spend the entire day at the theme park from park opening time. You will not get in if you wait too long. Since you are only staying in DTD resort hotel, you are not guaranteed entry into a theme park if they start the closing process because of too many guests.

Most places were booked but I was able to make a reservation at Fulton's Crab House. I think Downtown Disney will be easiest since we are flying in at 7:30 pm so we won't be going to a theme park that day.

Thanks everyone!
