If your DD would like to eat with the princesses and you can't get in to CRT (or don't want to spend 2 TS credits on it) you could eat at Akershus on your Epcot day -- it's a princess meal, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Breakfast is served family style and is regular "American" food; lunch and dinner are a bit more unusual, Norwegian food -- some people love it, some...uh...don't.

But check out the menus here or on AllEars. Coral Reef is popular at Epcot if you love seafood, the kids love the beautiful aquarium. Biergarten has a fun show that little kids tend to like and Marrakesh has a belly dancer; check out the menus to see if those might interest you.
Another princess meal that gets overlooked sometimes is dinner at 1900 Park Fare -- Cinderella and Friends. Breakfast at 1900 PF is with Mary Poppins and
"friends" -- usually Alice, I've heard. If she likes Lilo and Stitch, there is a breakfast with them at 'Ohana.
For fun atmosphere, you might try Sci Fi (if the campy movie clips won't bother her) or 50's Prime Time when you are in MGM. There is also a JoJo and Little Einstein buffet breakfast and lunch at Hollywood and Vine.
Have fun no matter what you choose!
