Where to eat (MK)

We will be in MK on 2/6. I'd like recommendations for where to eat dinner after the Park closes at 7. Also, could someone tell me about the fireworks. Can you see those from the Castle?

Well, since you mentioned the castle, you could have dinner there. You *may* be able to see the fireworks if you have a window seat, depending just on how they're being shot that night. Would you consider leaving the park for dinner, and going to one of the monorail resort hotels for dinner? If so, you could do 'Ohana at the Poly - that's fun! You could do 1900 ParkFare character dinner (and by then it will be the Cinderella characters) ... or more sophisticated, but still casual enough choices like the California Grill at the Contemporary, or Kona Cafe at the Poly .. or Citricos, Narcoossees at the Grand.

I got PS at the castle for 7:05, but the agent I talked to said it was doubtful I could see the firewords.

I read over the menu on the wdwig site and it really isn't the type of food my Dh enjoys. I did consider the new Cinderella dinner, isn't that a buffet?

I also have hopper tickets and thought about maybe going to Epcot and eating at one of the WS restaurants since they are open until 9. I'm actually considering that for each evening since the parks close at 7.

yes, i do believe the new cinderella dinner is a buffet. am considering this for our first night in january.

DD and I had the perfect seat at O'Hana's a week ago to see the fireworks (but we didn't stay long enough to see them from there).
But, if you're looking for great food and a fun atmosphere I highly recommend it. I plan to do our family dinner there in February.

I also recommend Artist Point. It is a much more relaxing, quieter atmosphere than O'Hana's but the food and service our excellent.
