If they like 'real' Italian, I'd skip both of those and send them to Il Mulino in the Swan. However, if only choosing out of those 2, I'd pick Via Napoli.
We had lunch yesterday at a local Italian restaurant.
The salad dressing and sauces there are all outstanding. Their chicken and veal is cut (and possibly pounded) super thin. The food is simply prepared, and I can’t figure out why Disney has nowhere like it.
This is exactly how it's done at Maria & Enzo's at Disney Springs. I had the chicken, husband had the veal and we split a side of spaghetti with tomato sauce. Also, the arancini were outstanding. It's tied for my favorite Italian place with Il Mulino.
I really enjoyed Tutto Italia, their lasagna is outstanding. Via Napoli's pizza is also wonderful.
I will be in the minority here and say that I did not care for Il Mulino at all.
